We DO NOT refund products in our free product collection.  If you have purchased items from our signature collection, and want to refund please contact us. We do consider refund on an individual basis.

Faulty Items

If your products have been delivered and it appears to be faulty please email us with proof of the damage and poor contraction and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.

Missing Items

We send items in multiple packages. Do not be alarmed if you have items missing from one package. The other items will come in other packages within the shipping timeframe.


If you would like to cancel your order you have 24 hours to do so. Contact us immediately if you would like to cancel. If you try to cancel after this it is likely that the products would have been shipped.

Your refund for a cancelled order will take 2-9 working days depending on your payment method.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
